This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between Shell 777 ("Platform", "we", "the company") and you as a user and registered member ("Player", "you"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Shell 777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the Shell 777 website, mobile application (where available), and all associated services provided. "Games" refers to all available game categories, including slots, Live Casino, table games, Sports Betting, and fishing games. "Funds" refers to money in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) held in a player's account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not fully understand any part, please contact the Shell 777 support team via live chat before proceeding with registration. These Terms govern the use of the platform across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

To register and use Shell 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident
• Holding an active, verifiable Malaysian mobile number
• Not included on the Shell 777 self-exclusion list or any recognised exclusion programme
• Not acting as a representative on behalf of any third party
• Has never previously been banned from using the Shell 777 platform

Each individual is permitted to register one (1) account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Shell 777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate all accounts identified as belonging to the same individual and to forfeit any winnings or balances involved.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Shell 777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

Shell 777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. Any payment method not listed below will not be accepted and may result in delays or loss of funds.

For withdrawals, Shell 777 processes requests within 30 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional identity verification before processing. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the daily maximum is RM50,000 for standard accounts.

Shell 777 reserves the right to decline or suspend a withdrawal if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or any suspicious activity. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to clarify the situation before any final action is taken.

Shell 777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective bonus terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each player is only eligible to receive one (1) welcome bonus only
• Wagering requirements (rollover) will be clearly stated in each bonus's terms
• Bonuses must be used within the stipulated validity period — expired bonuses cannot be extended
• Shell 777 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit promotions
• Players who open multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements

The Shell 777 Loyalty Programme awards points for every bet placed. These points can be redeemed for cash bonuses or VIP privileges. Point earning rates and redemption values may vary depending on membership tier and Shell 777's current policies. All games on Shell 777 — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger), fishing games, table games, and Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, cricket, badminton) — are conducted in accordance with international standard rules and use certified RNG technology.

Players are strictly prohibited from using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technical means to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage. Shell 777 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical bugs, or collude with other players to the detriment of the platform constitutes a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, Shell 777's server records shall serve as the final authority. Unintentional technical errors — whether they benefit the player or the platform — are subject to correction. Winnings arising from technical errors may be voided by Shell 777 without liability.

Shell 777 players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using profane, threatening, or abusive language towards other players or support staff
• Making false claims or spreading misleading information about Shell 777
• Sharing your account information or password with another party
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law
• Colluding with other players in a manner that manipulates betting outcomes

Players are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. Shell 777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

You are fully responsible for keeping your Shell 777 username, password, and all login credentials confidential. Shell 777 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and not reusing passwords from other platforms.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact Shell 777 support immediately to request a temporary suspension pending investigation. Shell 777 will take reasonable steps to assist you, but cannot be held liable for any losses incurred before the report is made.

Shell 777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010). Data collected includes registration information, transaction records, platform usage data, and device information used to access the platform.

Your data is used for the following purposes: identity and eligibility verification, payment processing, account management, service delivery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improving your user experience. Shell 777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to take the following actions:

• Reject, suspend, or decline the registration of any new player
• Temporarily suspending an account for the purposes of a required investigation
• Reject or place on hold any suspicious deposits or withdrawals
• Voiding any bonuses, promotions, or winnings obtained through illegitimate means
• Modifying, suspending, or terminating any game or service on the platform
• Sports Betting odds are updated up to the moment a bet is confirmed
• Capping maximum winnings in certain circumstances

All Shell 777 decisions relating to disputes, breaches of terms, or suspicious activity are final. Players do, however, have the right to submit a formal complaint, which will be reviewed by our independent compliance team within 5 business days.

A Shell 777 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (subject to no terms violations) will be processed for return within 7 business days after the review is completed.
• Termination by Shell 777: Accounts may be terminated for reasons including breach of terms, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account ownership, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
• Inactive: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per month. Players will be notified in advance before the charge is applied.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures.
